Password Protected

Access, to OnTheButton, requires a valid ID and password.  Users may change their own password but must comply with the password policy imposed by the school adminstrator.

Different levels of access are provided for different groups. A user may belong to more than one group. The names for and the number of groups can be configured by the school.

Depending upon school requirements these may the same as your existing ID and login for other systems or it may be a completely new user ID and password.  Users may choose their own password, subject to the password policy configuration; using the password policy allows an administrator to ensure that strong passwords are required.

Passwords are encrypted.
