OnTheButton systems contain comprehensive support documentation, including manuals, movie tutorials, presentations. The nominated contact(s) in your school have access to the protected area of this website. This contains new software updates and new documentation. Both can be downloaded and installed. However, if your school has provided inward email, then you will receive software and documentation updates without the need to download and install them.

Following purchase, customers receive one year's full support, including training. In subsequent years customers can elect to purchase our Annual Support Agreement, which includes telephone and on-site support. However, all software updates, bugfixes and email support are available to all customers.
All existing OnTheButton users can become "members" of this web site. This provides additional access: Designated members of staff in each OnTheButton school are provided with login access to the non-public area of this website. |
This website is not a subsitute for the regular meetings but a mechanism to provide customers with comprehensive online information which can be used by key staff to enhance OnTheButton.
