Archiving
| Information stored in OnTheButton about pupils, is retained, as pupils move through the school, eg S1 - S6. Many schools choose to retain information relating to pupils, after the cohort has completed their final school year. This allows information relating to the pupils to be readily accessible, eg external references, UCAS enquiries. However, there will be a point when the information can be archived. Archived information is not readily accessible, but can be recalled if the pupil details are "unarchived". |
