Classes & Markbooks

Classes will be useful for departments who wish to create and maintain their own assessment records and class lists.

Pupils studying a subject can be selected from the year list; course names can be specified; pupils can then be enrolled in a specified course.  Classes may contain pupils from more than one year group.

A markbook can be created to suit school department and course requirements.  Markbooks can store assessment records of the following types:

Integer; eg 1, 9, 100 for recording marks Character; eg A, C, E for recording grades Long Text; eg for recording texts such as comments Comment bank Drop down text Floating Point
