Core Components

The facilities provided by OnTheButton can be configured by the school and turned on or off using a simple list with checkboxes to turn elements ON or OFF. Modules are activated by an appropriate licence.

Users will be unaware of any component or module until they are enabled by the school. Once enabled users will see a number of additional options, relating to the component or module, on their menu screens.

Schools may wish to use this facility to introduce gradually the full functionality included in the software by turning on features over a period of time.

The optional modules do not form part of the core system but are available to existing OnTheButton customers.

The core system provides many permanent base facilities which are always available.
