Inward Email

This facility is used to support your school and allows a more rapid response to urgent queries.  It is used when “talk through” support is not sufficient and allows more rapid response than a site visit.

• The latest software updates: receive updates prior to their general release
• The latest documentation; receive documentation updates prior to their general release

Genkior Systems can use inward email to examine your OnTheButton system.  It works like this:

• Genkior Systems send an email addressed to your OTB system
• At regular intervals your OTB system reads its email mailbox
• Your OTB system processes any email
• It discards any email which does not originate from Genkior
• It validates Genkior email and the processed results are emailed to Genkior
