Job Share

OnTheButton provides a job-share facility; this allows 2 (or more) people to share a particular role, eg PT Home Economics, DHT pupil behaviour. 

Job-shares provide a mechanism for promoted members of staff to share a job.  The job-share can be used in the  escalation path of a referral.  Each member of staff within a job-share continues to use their own individual unique ID & password to access OTB.
