Photos

Pupil photos can be incorporated into the database. There are 2 ways to access photos within OnTheButton. The photo facility allows users to confirm they have the correct pupil prior to initiating an entry to the system.
 

The illustration shows a list of pupils, including "Harry Hounds".  A photo of the pupil is available by selecting the camera icon.

Photos can be uploaded individually.  More probably a photographer will supply a CD containing the photographs of all pupils in the year group.  A CD containing photos can be uploaded to the server - the correct photo is matched to the pupil, using the unique identifier.
