| OnTheButton provides many facilities in addition to behaviour monitoring. The facility to add/edit request queues allows the school to create a system for reporting and recording many everyday faults, such as: • ICT hardware • Building repairs • Furniture and fittings | ![]() |
Typically, each different type of request will be referred to a different "handler". The handler(s) are notified by email; progress towards completion of the request is logged, online, in a similar way to other referrals; the originator of the request receiving feedback, by email, of the progress.
