Lists
OnTheButton Lists comprises 3 components: staff lists, pupil lists & an email client.
Lists are used to compose either private or public groups of people. Lists can be created and shared with appropriate staff and each member of staff can choose when to make a list visible in the staff list.
- Lists can be prepared once, stored centrally and shared as appropriate
- Lists of pupils involved in excursions can be shared with staff, eg orchestra/band practice
- Senior managers can organise a list of pupils they wish to monitor
- Print a list
- Email all members of a list; eg all first- aiders, all mini-bus drivers
- Prepare a private listing
- Choose which lists to make public
- Determine the view and edit permissions on a list by list basis
- Determine who can amend membership of a given list
- Email groups of staff based upon their role, eg all teachers, all Senior Management
- Individual staff can make lists visible in the main staff list screen as appropriate
- List of pupils from different year groups can be collected together
