Note logging

The Note logging enhancement to OnTheButton provides the opportunity to store notes, against each pupil, concerning aspects relating to the pupil within individual classes.

• Specify who can delete notes; eg, the original note author or perhaps others groups of staff
• School configurable; decide who may administer notes and the categories for notes
• Include attachments; eg, pdf or doc files
• Define “themes”; improve your note logging by defining set themes – defined theme allow even faster completion and assist subsequent analysis
• Context “aware”; eg, auto completes “department” when called in a department context.
• Auto completes period time.
