Pupil Information

This module provides an easy method to store information, relating to pupils and often associated with traditional Management Information Systems.  It conforms to the structure prescribed by ScotXED for data to be collected from all local authority schools and school centres. The submission of this data to Scottish Executive Education Department (SEED) by local authorities is mandatory.
 

Import / export structure from other schools or from the LEA  Extract information; eg for statistical purposes School configurable; add additional information by augmenting the field structure;  ie store what you want   An example, extracted from the information items page, is shown opposite.  You may create as many items as you wish.

It is also possible to both import and export a schema. Importing a schema will allow you to potentially save time; eg by importing a schema adopted by other local schools or the LEA.  A sample schema can be downloaded from the Genkior website.
