Genkior Systems aims to provide a response system by offering:

  • timely support (training, system customisation, documentation)
  • software updates (bugfixes, improvements to existing components)


We do this by providing:

  • telephone support
  • email support
  • remote support (where facilitated by your LEA, if OTB is LAN based)
  • site visits



Improvements and new components are often a direct consequence of customer wishes. We are happy to work with a customer to develop to refine a new component.
