Metrics can store data, relating to assessments or progress; eg grades, marks, comments.
OTB recognises that schools wish to impose certain metrics across all subjects; eg the recording of prelim grades, but that the assessment structures in different subjects vary considerably.
OTB allows individual subjects to define and record their own assessment structures; eg for exams, coursework, folio work, homework, assessments etc.
Department recording and central storage of pupil assessment data.
This provides a flexible environment which allows educators to respond to a changing curriculum.
OTB can import metrics from external sources; eg CAT, MidYIS, SOSCA, SNSA scores, to share this data with staff.
Schools can define their own “tabs”, allowing similar data to be grouped together; eg the illustration uses “class”, “interim”, “monitoring” etc
